Reschedule, Refund, and Cancellation Policies

RESCHEDULING:

If you provide more than 7 days notice before the start of your course to move your course date from one available date on our calendar to another one on our calendar, we will do our best to accommodate you. We cannot promise to transfer your booking from one course to the other date of your choice. If we cannot, then we will not be able to issue a refund.

If you provide less than 7 days notice, then we will not be able to issue a refund. We will make a strong effort to with you and/or your organization to change the date of your course, but cannot guarantee a date will be available that matches your preference.

CANCELLATIONS:

We will NOT be able to issue a refund, however, if you don’t attend your scheduled course, or request to cancel your booking we will do our best to reschedule the appointment.

REFUND POLICY:

BLENDED RECERTIFICATION, ONLINE and IN-PERSON COURSES


Cancellation of enrollment in any blended course is permissible within 48 hours of purchase, entitling you to a complete refund. However, once 48 hours have elapsed from the time of purchase and the online course materials have been dispatched, refunds will not be granted.


To be eligible for the recertification course, it's necessary to hold an active EMT Canada BLS/CPR certification. The refund policy pertains specifically to this course. If you're unable to locate your certificate, kindly contact us at info@oakvillecprandfirstaid.com, providing your name and email for verification assistance.
